Our first and flagship location in the heart of Hong Kong's DIY district. Founder Michael Tam spent his childhood in Sham Shui Po among the wet market vendors and local cha chan tengs, growing up in the fabric of the district’s history. He introduced specialty coffee to the area in 2014 with Café Sausalito, creating a space for the community to connect as people go about their daily rituals.
